Problem Note 37427: The order of members in an OLAP security condition might impact the available results of a query

When defining a member-level security condition for a SAS® OLAP cube, the order of the members might have an impact on whether the members are available to the secured user. For example, in the following expression, only Regions, Divisions, Canada, and the descendants of Canada will be available to the end user:
{[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Regions],
[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Countries],
[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Divisions],
DESCENDANTS([Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[CANADA])}
Changing the order of these members, as shown below, will return all the members: Countries, Regions, Divisions, Canada, and the descendants of Canada:
{[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Countries],
[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Regions],
[Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[Divisions],
DESCENDANTS([Geography].[Geography].[All Geography].[CANADA])}
